- Practice with masturbation. You want to last long right? Well the first step is to practice masturbating and lasting as long as possible. Try to masturbate for 5 minutes while envisioning having sex with someone. This will likely be much harder than it seems. We have all trained our bodies to ejaculate as quickly as possible when masturbating. So now we have to reverse that pattern and work on lasting. As soon as you feel ejaculation coming on, stop and rest a moment. Take some deep breathes and then continue. Keep starting and stopping until you hit the 5 minute mark. Eventually you will want to set a goal for 10 minutes with minimal starts and stops.
- Kegel training. Here's where you will really shine when it comes to eliminating quick ejaculating. Kegel exercises involve squeezing the muscle between your testicles and anus (try urinating and then stopping and you will feel the muscle at work). This is the muscle responsible for ejaculation control. So if you can control this muscle, you can control your ejaculation! Simply flex this muscle for sets of 10 for the first several days. Then try for 20, then 30, 40, and so on. Now go back to your masturbation sessions. Once you feel ejaculation come on, flex that muscle and you will see how you are now able to prevent the flow of ejaculation from happening.
