- Pinching your buttocks. Sounds strange, but just as mental imagery works to distract your mind, physical penetrating also works for distraction. The best place is the buttocks. And the best physical distraction is a simple pinch. It isn't painful but is annoying enough to occupy your mind. Again, once you sense ejaculation coming on, reach around and simply pinch. This will subside your over excitement. If you feel it coming on again, repeat the pinch.
- Do kegels during sex. This is probably the best trick, but it takes some preparation. You will want to practice this for a few weeks to get used to it. If you really want to last long on a continual basis you can keep practicing for several weeks so you become really good at it. But a few weeks will get you lasting enough to hold out and delay ejaculation. Basically you will be flexing the muscle between the testicles and anus. Try urinating and then stopping. You will feel the muscle I am talking about at work stopping the flow of urination. This same muscle will prevent ejaculation flow, but since the excitement and urge is so much greater, it takes greater control. This means that for those two weeks you will have to flex the muscle repeatedly for numerous repetitions. This is called kegel training. Try 3 sets of 10 a few times a day to start and then work up to 5 sets of 20. When you are having sex and feel the urge, you will be able to flex this muscle (if you've been kegel training for a few weeks) and you will prevent early ejaculation from happening.
