Jelqing exercises are designed for the purpose of enlarging the penis. These exercises have been around for a long time. They were originally designed by tribes where young men as part of ritual would perform these exercises to increase penis size. Now days these exercises have been updated and improved. In the past men would spend lengthy periods of time exercising. But now the routines have been updated so only minutes a day is required for size increase to occur.
What are jelqing exercises?
They basically consist of using your hands and while making the "ok" sign with your thumb and forefinger, you start at the base and massage upwards to the head. Then you repeat the same thing, slowly with the other hand.
This is continued for a number of repetitions. Jelqing is usually practiced 3-5 times per week. The results men have been achieving have ranged from an inch to four inches of increased size. Girth, or width, also experiences size increases.
What else is there to jelqing exercises?
There is the warm up and the cool down. This consists of taking a hot towel wrap (not too hot!) and wrapping it around your penis for a few minutes. This increases blood flow and warms you up for the jelqing. After wards is the cool down (which is actually the same thing as the warm up). The cool down involves the same hot towel wrap routine. It's sometimes called a cool down, simply because it "relaxes" your penis and primes it for recovery and the growth to follow.
