MUSCLE FOODS
What do you need to eat in order to gain SERIOUS muscle? There are many who say building muscle is 80% diet. If you don't eat the right foods, you simply will NOT gain the muscular physique you are after. Whether or not that percentage is accurate, the point is absolutely valid. You need to eat, to grow. And you need to eat the right foods in order to grow the serious muscle. You need to eat muscle foods.
Let's cut to the chase and makes this easy. PROTEIN. Focus on protein. If you can get this right then you're about 90% there. The simplest way to put it, is that you need to eat 5-6 meals a day, and each of those meals need to have Protein as the primary source.
Here are some protein sources: Eggs, chicken breast, lean steak, lean beef, fish, protein supplements (powders), turkey. So for example, pick one of these for each meal. Then you can add in a moderate amount of carbohydrates and healthy fats as a side to your primary protein source.
Still seem confusing? It can at first, but once you have everything laid out it's very simple. I discovered the Anabolic Cooking program and it's just about the easiest thing I have ever seen that totally takes the guesswork out of eating. It tells you exactly how to eat to grow muscle. Please check this out if you want a complete go-to guide for muscle foods and don't want to waste time trying to piece together meals. Focus your time and energy in the gym, and let this thing tell you exactly what to eat, how to easily prepare the food, how to save a ton of money (by making your own cheap and effective protein bars), and every other muscle building food tip you will need. "Food will make your muscles grow and burn that stubborn belly fat. Without nutritious food in the right quantities, even the most intense workout or cardio session is worthless. That’s as simple as that."

Awesome stuff.
Look, I spent YEARS eating tuna fish from a can and a bowl of brown rice. YEARS. Had this cookbook been around when I was coming up I would've been all over it. And I would've gained A LOT more muscle, much more quickly.
I also spent TONS of money on lousy tasting, low quality, yet EXPENSIVE protein bars. I had no idea I could've made my own with these recipes.
Tuna from the can, less muscle and wasted money, or the Anabolic Cookbook and more muscle, awesome food, and saving lots of money in the long run. Go for the book:
