Ways to Last Longer in Bed

There are basically 3 different ways to last longer in bed. Mental, Physical, and Pharmaceutical. There are different methods and various tricks and tactics to each. We will show you the various ways to last longer in bed which will allow you to avoid premature ejaculation temporarily or cure premature ejaculation permanently.

Mental Tactics to Last Longer

Everyone knows mental tactics do work and can prevent you from coming too quickly. Some say premature ejaculating is 80% mental. Whether that's accurate or not, the point is valid because when you do take your mind off of having sex, when you are actually engaged in the act of having sex, your ejaculation time is indeed prolonged. Ideally you will want to develop positive mental attributes like having more confidence and ridding yourself of the conscious or unconscious anxiety many men feel during sex. These will allow you some permanent, more natural control.

But in the meantime, you may have to think about football. While mind distraction tricks can work, they definitely are not the most preferable form of a permanent solution for quick ejaculation. But they can work in the moment and give you that extra couple minutes you need to satisfy your partner.

THINKING OF FOOTBALL OR SPORTS. This is a common tactic that guys have used for years and it is often joked about, but it can actually work fairly well. You should do some prep work first though. Be prepared to not only think of sports, but think of your favorite team. In your head (the other head) go through roster lineups, name off the entire defensive line or go through baseball positions - who's on first, second, short, third, outfield, etc. Then run through a game in your head. This will keep your mind occupied and distracted, becoming more relaxed with thinking about something you know and avoiding the anxiety of trying to last long enough. You eventually want to find another method to prevent PE. No one really wants to have a sex life involving having to think of linebackers while you're penis is trying to enjoy the poontang on hand.

THINKING OF UGLY. If you are not into sports, or simply don't want to merge your fantasy football with your sex life, then you can also bring up the image of ugly. I prefer bringing up the image in my mind of an ugly celebrity. This gives you an instant reference point as you will be familiar with the image of a celebrity and you can summon it instantaneously. PHYSICAL EXERCISES TO PREVENT PE


KEGEL EXERCISES.  These are a common way to cure PE and they have a more lasting, permanent effect on your ability to hold out longer in the sack.

Take a piss. Stop midstream. Notice the muscle between your balls and anus which is used for stopping urination? That's nicknamed the "PC muscle(s)". This is the muscle you essential want to "train" by doing kegel exercises.

Once you gain more control over this muscle, then you will be able to squeeze it on your own whenever you feel ejaculation beginning to occur. This halts quick ejaculating. It basically feels like you are "holding it in"; that is putting up a wall, not allowing the ejaculation to exit.

You can practice kegel exercises anywhere. Once you've identified the muscle, simply sit in a chair and squeeze, hold, and release. Try to repeat for as many reps as you can. Then rest a moment and go again. You will notice after only a week of daily kegel exercising, that you will have gained more control, and are able to "put up your wall, and hold it there" for much longer during sex, thus preventing PE from occurring.


PHYSICAL "TRIGGERS" TO PREVENT PREMATURE EJACULATING.  These are meant for spontaneous emergency measures. They can be a bit more tricky, but guys do use them to last. Here's some rare trigger tactic gems that you likely won't hear about anywhere else.

Flicking Your Balls. I've read about some guys who "flick their balls" with their finger when they feel they are about to come during sex. This physically triggers the mind to focus on the action occurring elsewhere and shifts focus from coming too quickly, to the discomfort and slight pain from the ball flick. Obviously you want to be careful with this one.

Pinching Your Ass.  I've preferred in the past to simply pinch my ass when I felt PE coming on too quickly. This puts the focus on your ass, brings the pain to a more tolerable area, and shifts focus away from your over excited, about to explode schlong.


Practice Masturbating Longer.

PREMATURE EJACULATION CREAMS AND PE PILLS

The pharmaceutical angle to avoiding quick ejaculation involves mainly long lasting creams and a variety of pills. The PE pills are everything from herbals that don't do anything to more serious pharmaceuticals that have mixed reviews. In either case pills tend to be a crutch and even if there is some effectiveness, it's usually not worth the side effects.
What About Premature Ejaculation Creams for Prevention?  These basically NUMB UP your penis so you don't feel much of anything. Sometimes you won't even be sure if your ding dong is inside or not. While they can work for emergency situations if you are really sensitive and need to last until you can find other solutions, generally they shouldn't be relied upon and one should work the physical and mental angle.


PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER

The absolute BEST thing to do is get rid of this problem through exercise and practice, while using a few ways to temporarily "get by" until you've mastered the ability to last as long as you want in bed.
