What you do is when you feel ejaculation coming on, reach around and either squeeze or pinch or buttocks. Ejaculation occurs in the front of your body. By placing physical emphasis to the rear of your body, you are switching the sensations from front to rear. It's almost like you are "turning off" that overwhelming sensation of ejaculation.
Obviously you need to squeeze or pinch your buttocks enough to switch sensations from front to rear, but obviously not enough to cause too much pain. You can experiment with one long pinch, holding it in for a 10 seconds or so until the ejaculation urge subsides, or you can do a series of quick pinches. For example you can squeeze or pinch 20 times very quickly. Once ejaculation urges subside, you are good to go. If you sense premature ejaculation urges surfacing again, go back to the pinch or squeeze.
This is an awesome trick to use that will work on the spot. It is advised that you practice this method with masturbation first though. Ideally you will want to learn longer term methods (like kegels or exercises) that will naturally have you last longer in bed without having to use distraction techniques. But for now, this will get you past any immediate premature ejaculation problems!
